While we understand things come up and life happens, it it’s important for any business to have their own policies in place to protect themselves and their livelihood. With that being said… Any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours of appointment date will be charged 50% of service fee. You will not be able to book your next appointment until this fee is paid. No call/shows will be charged 100% of service fee and banned from booking future appointments. There is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are later than 5 mins to your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% fee will be applied. This goes for ALL clients. Whether you’re a day one OG or a cult newbie, please understand these policies are in place to protect my business, my time and to keep my doors open. Haggling with my policies will result in being banned from future booking. -The Brow Cult 💚
